This past month, I discovered a new breakfast that I like to eat in the mornings, I call it Avocado Egg Soufflé! It will definitely power you up for a sure-to-be good day! … Yes, I know… It may turn out to be a terrible day, but the fact that you ate this breakfast will make it good regardless! 😀
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1/2 avocado (If small, 1 whole avocado)
Step 1: Use a frying pan (small if possible) and put the stove top on medium.
Step 2: Mix two eggs and 1/4 cup of cheese in a bowl with a fork.
Step 3: Pour the mixture into the frying pan.
Step 4: Cut open an avocado and smashed it.
Step 5: Watch the Soufflé and flip until cooked to desired amount.
Step 6: Place the Soufflé on a plate and spread the avocado mash on top! Viola!
2 Eggs: 10g fat, 0g carbs, 12g protein (140 calories)
1/4 Cup of Shredded Cheese (Mexican): 9 grams fat, 0g carbs, 7g protein (50 calories)
1/2 Avocado (Hass): 12g fat, 6g carbs, 1.5g protein (120 calories)
Total Meal: 31g fat, 6 carbs, 20.5g protein (310 calories)
WOW, That is one amazingly healthy meal! Good fats, low carbs, and high in protein. It can’t get any better than this. Go try it out and let me know what you think in the comments below!
